Tina Powers

Hamilton Realty Group at eXp Realty recently welcomed Tina Powers to its team.

A North Carolina native who has lived in Southport since 2001, Powers transitioned from RE/MAX. She is a member of St. Phillips Episcopal Church and is the current board president for the nonprofit organization Up Your Arts.

Powers has been a Realtor since 2002 "and enjoys sharing the journey with her clients, whether buying or selling, because she enjoys the business and loves where she lives," the release stated. "When not working, Ms. Powers looks forward to time with her two sons and grandchildren, sharing a meal with friends, meeting new people and spending time in downtown Southport."

Powers joins Jack and Dana Hamilton, Seth Robbins and Jenny Enter, along with a support team and marketing staff. 2022 was a year of achievements for the growing Southport realty office, with 80 listings sold for a total volume of $32.6 million.
